Who do I pay after each game?
You pay the game organiser directly, usually through Revolut. If your group has recently adopted LocalTeams.org: don't worry, nothing has changed with respect to payments. LocalTeams.org does provide in-app payment links, but these just redirect you to the organiser's Revolut account.
